Via contact forms we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message content, as well as technical data (IP address) to protect against abuse.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submit an inquiry, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

4. Retention period

Inquiry data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and the right to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
